Module Description: Powerful Problem Solving

Do you love solving tough problems and have curiosity to match? Learn strategies that expert problem solvers use. A variety of amusing and challenging techniques will illustrate how to solve problems that baffle college students. How do the heroes in Die Hard III avoid a fatal conflagration? How do the 40 thieves devise a satisfactory division of their pile of gold coins? Two sections of Powerful Problem Solving are offered: I for those entering grades 5-7; II (advanced) for those entering grades 8-10.
