Q: Can I pay over the phone?
A: No. We are a small organization, so we do not have this service.

Q: Where can I park on campus and how will my child be dropped off?
A: There is no free parking at UCONN, and we have no control of this situation. We will do our best to accommodate this, and will have our staff at the front of the respective buildings waiting for the students. However, if you would like to bring your child in on the first day, you can come early and park at the North Garage (for a small fee). You will be ticketed if you park anywhere else.
