Module Description: Amazing Biodiversity

Everyone knows there is great biodiversity in the rain forest, but have you ever wondered about the biodiversity of a building, football field, farm field, or urban pond? In this module, explore the biodiversity found on campus by looking at several of the different indoor and outdoor habitats found at UConn! Using lab and field techniques, we will examine and compare the species richness of the University of Connecticut and find out what this tells us about how our lifestyles affect the world around us!
